I am supporting UrbanPromise Trenton's Paddle for Promise on July 8th to raise funds for UPT's three FREE SummerCamps. I believe in the mission of UPTrenton, in fact TMPC has been part of the SummerCamp program since the very first summer. And we have a team providing a week of camp, once again, this year. I will do just about anything to help UrbanPromise Trenton and the children who attend our SummerCamp!
And I want YOU to be part of my Paddle for Promise, your donation will help fund camp for children in Trenton. There are many giving levels and every donation makes a difference! I set a big personal goal, $2000, but I think we can make it happen. I am going big because I am representing #TeamTMPC and I want to keep the GOLDEN PADDLE at TMPC!
Last year, over 100 TMPC folks supported UrbanPromise's Paddle for Promise and most of the donations were in the $25 or $50 range...but it all adds up in a BIG way. Full disclosure- Devauntay Ellis, a DelVal University football team member is rowing for me this year; I will be away on the day of the Paddle BUT I am committed to raising funds. Summer is fun! The kids attending our SummerCamp programs have a great time doing all kinds of things. Our SummerCamp will provide 160 youth ages 6-13 with a safe nurturing environment where they can play, learn, explore, travel and enjoy nourishing food.
