“Amy” is a single mom with one small child. Although she works, she does not have sufficient income to pay her rent which has recently increased. She is looking for more work, but will have to juggle increased child care costs if she takes on more hours. Her hope is to find a better paying job. With it being so close to Christmas, Amy does not want to move out of the place she and her daughter call home.
