Become a business that supports the Waikoloa Dry Forest

The Waikoloa Dry Forest Initiative began with a small group of people that wanted to do something good for their island home and their community. In just five years, we have been able to create a unique forest preserve and build a network of supporters and collaborators to help us sustain our forest restoration efforts. Together, we have accomplished a long list of important conservation initiatives and have become an important resource in our community. We partner with individuals, organizations, and businesses that have values and goals similar to our own to increase our collective conservation and impact and provide programs and services to our community.

We invite you to become part of our team by becoming a sponsor. Your gift will support forest restoration, native species conservation, cultural preservation, volunteer opportunities and outdoor educational programs for adults and children.   Image title

Becoming a sponsor is good for our forest, our community and your business! By partnering with WDFI you'll be able to promote your business to a new and diverse audience. Thousands of people visit the Waikoloa Dry Forest Preserve and our events, such as the Wiliwili Festival each year. We also reach a wide audience through print and digital marketing. Supporting our programs and mission will help you stand out by showing your clientele that investing in your community is important to your business.

Join our team by making a donation and a commitment to your community. Choose from one of our sponsorship levels listed or customize your gift. All business sponsors will receive special recognition in print and digital formats, invitations to special events and a special certificate and window decal showing your support for WDFI. Year-Round Sponsors and Kuleana Partners will work with WDFI to create promotional packages that reflect the interests and values of the business.

Wiliwili Flowers

The Wiliwili Festival is coming up on January 27th and 28th! Each year we bring together conservation groups, non-profits, businesses, musicians, scientists, cultural practitioners and community members for our annual celebration of the wiliwili forest. This free, family-friendly, event is attended by many local residents from around the island and this year we are anticipating our biggest turnout yet! Sponsors will be invited to share their business services and products with the community at the festival and will also be recognized in promotional materials, press releases, festival banners, and handouts. Your logo will also be featured on our 2017 Wiliwili Festival t-shirt. Sponsoring our signature event is a great opportunity to promote your business; don't miss your chance to be part of this year's Wiliwili Festival!
