KINETICS - Baton Rouge's Premier Live Art Auction

Baton Rouge Gallery's annual benefit fundraiser, KINETICS, returns with its fun and fast-paced live art auction on Friday, November 11 (7-11 p.m.). Located inside BREC's historic City Park (1515 Dalrymple Drive), the event celebrates the energy of contemporary art, specifically in Louisiana's capital city, providing a chance for every arts lover in town to share their passion for the visual arts while bidding on more than 30 original works from some of the region's most talented and prolific artists.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go directly to the local and regional artists that make up the gallery's artist member roster with the remaining funds going to support the gallery's facilitating of a dozen exhibitions annually and numerous well-attended cultural programs.

In addition to the live auction and raffle, the night's festivities (led by emcee James Fox-Smith of Country Roads Magazine) will include a soulful performance from Quiana Lynell and delicious refreshments courtesy of Chef Sean Rivera.
