Orchestra Next, resident orchestra with the Eugene Ballet Company, provides mentorship to more than 100 aspiring musicians every year from some of the most reputable professional musicians in the Pacific Northwest. ON's model is simple: provide live music for the ballet, place students next to professionals, pay everyone, keep administrative costs low, curate excellence, and have fun.
Last year, Orchestra Next brought live music to the Eugene Ballet and released The Snow Queen - ON's debut album on Innova Records featuring an incredible score from Kenji Bunch. ON has the lowest administrative costs in the business and prioritizes musicians. It's no wonder that the Register Guard said "Orchestra Next is a great example of doing more with less." We are creative, collaborative, innovative, and we play our hearts out!
