4word Chicago: Relationship Life Cycle

If so, join 4word: Chicago for dinner and discussion with executive coach and guest speaker Kelly McDermott Thurman at the recently opened restaurant Stock & Ledger. During our three-course dinner we will discuss the various life cycles of professional and personal relationships, healthy versus toxic partnerships, and interpersonal challenges and pitfalls.

Using biblical principles, Kelly will provide tips and tools on better relationship management including:

• How to establish yourself as a positive relationship builder with whom people want to connect
• How to avoid being “relationship repellent”
• How to position yourself as a strong leader by effectively navigating problems

Kelly McDermott Thurman is an astute strategist with remarkable insight and clarity about what it takes to be successful. She is a highly engaging speaker and facilitator that helps individuals link learning and new ideas with real world application. Kelly holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and has attended London Business School Executive Development and Thunderbird International Studies Program. She is an active member in Gateway church and is the chair of the board for 4word, a professional women’s organization.
