More about Patti:

Patti is the executive director for Kaiser Permanente’s Care Management Institute, overseeing programs that support the development and implementation of the national Medicare Clinical Care Delivery Strategy and members’ total health. Harvey has been with Kaiser Permanente since 1997 and was previously the senior vice president, Quality and Risk Management, Patient Care Services and Clinical Operation Support, in Kaiser Permanente Southern California. In that role, she directed the programs, policies and procedures that ensured high-quality patient care and safety to the 3.7 million Kaiser Permanente members in Southern California.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in public health with a health services management concentration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Harvey completed post-graduate executive leadership course work at the University of North Carolina and at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She has been certified as a health care insurance executive by America’s Health Insurance Plans. Harvey also completed Patient Safety Officer training and Intermountain Healthcare’s Advanced Training Program.
