4Word: San Francisco May Gathering

Join 4Word: San Francisco to hear firsthand from other women everything you have ever wondered about salaries:

• What salary negotiating techniques have worked well in the past?
• What are common mistakes that women make in salary negotiations? And, why might women not even approach negotiating at all?
• How do I advocate for non-monetary benefits?
• How do I gain market rate intel to leverage in negotiations including what salary ranges are expected in the Bay Area in various industries, verticals and levels?
• What about negotiating equity with start-ups?

We will have the opportunity to have an enriching discussion and have all of these questions answered with a lens through what God says about our money. How can we also give back to Him and to others? The panelists will consist of women from diverse seniority levels and background. Come prepared to share your insight and stories!

Registration costs will cover heavy appetizers and drinks. 

Directions: Between 1st and 2nd street. Check in with the security desk, let them know you're heading to the 7th floor for a meeting at Trulia. Your name will be on the list of RSVP'd names. When you come out of the elevators on 7, someone will meet you. If not, turn right toward the reception desk. The meeting room is "Castro", to the far left of the reception desk.
